Tell me what’stangled.

I’m Gene. Solverr is my one-person fix-it shop for websites, bookings, business systems and the IT under all of it. I work with small teams in the Philippines and abroad, and the messy jobs are my favourite.

Tap a tag. Or scroll, and I’ll pull it straight.

What I fix

Four kinds of mess, one cable. Each problem from up there is now tied to the part of my work that sorts it out.

Websites and online shops

A site that works on every phone, that you can update yourself, and that lives in your name.

  • Moving your site off an old account or slow hosting
  • Online shops with a proper product catalog
  • Booking and sign-up pages built into your site
  • Small fixes to the site you already have
  • Our website is stuck on someone else’s account

Bookings, reminders and follow-ups

The messages you keep typing by hand, sent for you at the right time.

  • Online booking with confirmations and reminders
  • Rebooking nudges and thank-you emails
  • Newsletters that go out from one place
  • WhatsApp messages, with the running costs spelled out before you decide
  • Clients book by DM at midnight

Business systems and reports

For teams that outgrew the spreadsheet and don’t want a giant system either.

  • Inventory, catalogs and orders in one place
  • Staff records and leave
  • Reimbursements with receipt photos and an automatic check
  • Reports and live dashboards that build themselves
  • Orders live in four spreadsheets
  • Receipts live in a shoebox

IT, servers and security

The quiet stuff underneath that keeps everything else running.

  • Backups that have actually been tested
  • Safer logins, with every account in your name
  • An alert the moment your website or email goes down
  • Networks and Wi-Fi that behave
  • Remote help when something breaks
  • Wi-Fi dies every afternoon
  • Nobody knows the admin password

How I untangle things

  1. I listen first.

Our first talk is about your week: what eats your time and what keeps breaking. No price list on the table yet.

  2. I find the loose end.

Every mess has one thread that loosens the rest once you pull it. We fix that one first, and small.

  3. Everything stays in your name.

Domains, accounts, logins and data are yours. I set them up for you and hand over every key.

  4. I stick around.

Monthly care if you want it, and plain answers when something breaks at a bad time.

Why the double r?

A solver fixes it once. A solverr comes back next month to check it stayed fixed.

Say it like “solver”. Spell it with two r’s. And yes, the S is a cable with a knot still in it. Every job starts that way.

A few things I won’t do

  • Quote a price before I understand the problem.
  • Put your website, domain or data under my name.
  • Sell you software you don’t need.
  • Hide a cost in the fine print.
  • Explain things in jargon.

Got a knot?

Write it the way you’d say it out loud. You don’t need the right words. Finding them is my job.
